It includes plans and specifications to construct natural gas-fired comfort heating and HVAC units, update the component count for the natural gas pipeline (P429), update LNG facility stack information, update a permit condition related to the retirement of Boilers B25/B26/B27/B28 and the increase of a heat input limit for the five combustion turbines (P401 – P405).
