This is a public hearing on a proposed rule, Board Order DG-02-25, relating to ch. NR 140 and setting numeric standards to minimize the concentration of polluting substances for certain Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in groundwater base on the 2025 DHS recommendations.
Attendees are encouraged to register in advance using the Zoom meeting link if they plan to provide spoken comments during the hearing. You may also submit written comments on the rule to DNR140GroundwaterQualityStandards@wisconsin.gov by 11:59 p.m. on July 29, 2026.
