This is a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 042-25 (Board Order NH-08-25), which affects ch. NR 40 relating to invasive species. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance if they plan to provide spoken comments during the hearing.

Note: The DNR previously held a preliminary hearing on this scope statement on Oct. 2, 2025, but there was an issue with the previous virtual meeting link in the hearing notice. The DNR has scheduled a new preliminary hearing on Oct. 9, 2025, and the comment period has been extended to Oct. 10, 2025.
