The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold the second meeting of the Wolf Advisory Committee on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025. The committee discusses policy and technical topics relevant to wolf management. This meeting will be open to the public in person or virtually via Zoom.
Public comments related to agenda items and committee business will be accepted. Written comments must be submitted by noon on Oct. 14 and will be shared with committee members prior to the meeting. Please email comments to Danielle.Deming@wisconsin.gov. In-person attendees may instead register to provide a verbal comment during the meeting. Comments are limited to two minutes or less. The State Trails Council (STC) provides advice and consultation to the Department of Natural Resources on the planning, acquisition, development and management of trails in Wisconsin. The council represents trail users in Wisconsin, which includes more than half of the state's residents. The council is also responsible for providing counsel in administering Federal Recreational Trails Program funds.
