Snowmobile Recreational Council Meeting

The Snowmobile Recreation Council carries out studies and makes recommendations to the Legislature, Governor, Department of Natural Resources and Department of Transportation on all matters related to the snowmobiling program at DNR or otherwise affecting snowmobiles and snowmobiling in Wisconsin, and makes recommendations to the department of natural resources with regard to funding grant applications.
The Snowmobile Recreation Council will meet to discuss topics pertaining to the program, and make funding recommendations to the Department. The public will be invited to join the meeting via Zoom or in person. The Zoom meeting link, agenda and other meeting materials are available on the Snowmobile Recreation Council webpage.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will host a PFAS Listening Session virtually from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on June 19, 2026 and registration is required.
DNR staff will provide a brief overview of the PFAS Laws and then will listen to feedback from attendees about how these programs could be implemented to best meet the needs of individuals and communities throughout Wisconsin.
Those unable to attend the listening session or who prefer to submit feedback through writing can use this form.
It’s critical for the DNR to hear your thoughts now so they can be considered during program development and implementation.
