1-2 p.m.: Project Group and Agency Updates - Shared knowledge of key WISE team and agency work related to wellness, inclusion, support,\ and engagement
2-2:15 p.m.: Connection activity
2:15-2:45 p.m.: FWP Supervisor Focus Group Results - Shared understanding. FWP supervisors were surveyed to identify barriers to supervisor effectiveness and potential supervisor training topics. Focus groups were then held to dive deeper into survey comments. The survey and focus group information is now being used to develop a supervisor training series and address potential cultural issues.
2:45-3 p.m.: Break
3-3:20 p.m.: Employee Feedback Channel
3:20-3:30 p.m.: Discuss AEILI renaming to include Wellness
3:30-3:50 p.m.: Small group discussion of reporting back to divisions

Agenda topics for the council include DNR and legislative updates, non-landfill solid waste and electronics recycling rule revision updates, Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling grant update, current economics of plastics recycling from the Association of Plastic Recyclers, overview of Sibelco's glass recycling operations and more. A complete agenda can be found on the DNR website.
Following the business meeting, a tour of Sibelco will be provided. Tour participants must wear long pants, work boots/safety shoes (steel-toe not required), safety glasses, high-vis vest and cut-resistant gloves. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own PPE if available; some PPE will also be available on-site. Completion of a visitor access agreement will be required.
