The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB or Board) serves as the policy-setting body for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The Board reviews and approves all rule proposals, land acquisitions, property management master plans, and budget proposals developed by DNR staff before they proceed to legislative or gubernatorial review and approval.

The Board meets nine times per year and may schedule additional meetings as needed. The Board welcomes public input, both in person and in writing, on agenda and non-agenda items.
