Wildlife Rehabilitation Advisory Committee
The Wildlife Rehabilitation Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the Department on wildlife rehabilitation-related items, including but not limited to annual updates to species-specific rehabilitation guidance as appropriate, reviews of regulations and policies and the creation or recommendation of licensing requirements, such as exams and clarifications of continuing education license requirements. The committee also assists with public education and outreach, including the Keep Wildlife Wild program. The committee serves as a forum for exchanging information between the Wisconsin DNR and the State's wildlife rehabilitation community.
