We will provide a free lunch, snack and beverage for kids while supplies last. Loaner fishing equipment and bait are available for kids. Club members will be available to teach fishing techniques and assist with fishing and landing the fish.

Head over to Playground Park in downtown Green Lake for a morning of fishing with the DNR and volunteers. If we catch a keeper, we’ll provide a demo on cleaning and cooking the catch.

Four stations will be set up for kids ages 12 and under: tackle, knot tying, basic boat safety and casting. Then, there will be a contest to try your new skills.
