Furbearer Drawing Results
Drawing results for bobcat and fisher permits
River otter are now a bag limit/quota species. There will no longer be a drawing for otter tags. Harvest authorizations for the established bag limit will be added to the trappers GOWILD profile upon purchasing a trapping license.
Trapper Education Requirements
All new Wisconsin trappers must complete an approved Trapper Education course (with some exemptions). Trapper Education classes are taught by experienced trappers and are primarily offered in the trapping offseason of March-October. If you think you may draw a tag this year, start looking for a class in spring or summer.
