Willow Flowage Scenic Waters Area
Master Plan Variance
The Willow Flowage Scenic Waters Area is located in west central Oneida County and includes 73 miles of shoreline (95% of which is undeveloped), 106 islands and seven boat landings. The Willow Flowage Scenic Waters Area Master Plan [PDF] was approved by the Natural Resources Board in 2016.

Planning Update
The department has approved the Willow Flowage Scenic Waters Area Variance. This variance authorizes expanded parking at the Sandy Landing Lot on Willow Dam Road, the development of a new parking area for carry-in/carry-out access to the Upper Tomahawk River on Cedar Falls Road and the establishment of a campground host site.
