Due to Avian Influenza (HPAI), admission of birds is on a case-by-case basis - CALL FIRST. We may ask for video and pictures to approve admission. Due to DNR Covid restrictions, WINC will not admit mustelids, bobcats, lynx, bats, deer and red foxes. We are currently admitting most species from Waukesha, Jefferson, Dodge, and Washington Counties BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 9 a.m.-4 p.m., seven days a week. CALL FIRST. All efforts must be made to keep babies with parents before we will accept babies.
