    The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced RSG-Norlake is an applicant to join Tier 1 of the Green Tier program. Green Tier is a voluntary program for businesses, local governments and organizations. Tier 1 is designed to encourage, recognize and reward groups committed to superior environmental performance.
